A few helpful answers
How can I share a question or suggestion?
Email us with the app version, device model, system version and steps to reproduce the issue where possible. Screenshots can help, but please hide private photos and personal information first. We’ll review incoming requests and plan the next steps.
How do I restore my Pro purchase?
Open the Pro page in the app’s settings and choose Restore Purchase. Use the App Store account that made the purchase and ensure you have an internet connection. Pro access does not automatically transfer to other inventory-sharing members.
Why haven’t my records appeared on another device?
Check that both devices use the correct iCloud account and have sync enabled in the app’s Data & Storage settings. Sync depends on network access, available iCloud storage and system scheduling. An enabled switch does not mean uploads or downloads are complete. Do not delete unsynced data to troubleshoot.
What if recognition is wrong or search returns no results?
Use a clear, well-lit photo with the whole subject visible, and try a more specific name, tag or description. Recognition results are suggestions you can confirm manually before saving. Search does not add weak matches just to fill the results.
Will changes in demo mode be saved?
Demo data is separate from your personal inventory. Changes persist when switching modes within the current app process, but reset to the sample contents when the process restarts. Save records you want to keep in personal-data mode.

Stickers are extracted from those same photos with orientation correction, compression, foreground extraction, cropping and outlines. They are not generative redrawings.
